Medium-sized goal. Short Essay

"What is your vision?"

I thought it was a crucial question that everyone needs to answer for their life. Now, I don't think it matter that much. It still matter, but I value the fluidity and willingness to learn every day more concerning than a rigid vision.

Then, what long-term goal has changed because of your daily small goals?

Surprisingly, nothing -- maybe there was a short drift that I didn't even notice. Small goals enabled me to laser-focus on specific activity, on a specific day; extending small goals into medium-sized goals. For example:

  1. Ask my patients anything besides their medical condition.
  1. Nasooropharyngeal swab my patients meticulously without causing any discomfort.

What if I have neither small goals nor big goals to craft medium-sized goals?

I can't answer in form of an instruction, but a few of 12 Rules for Life and has been my daily reaction:

Think small, then start big on that small step.

Speak what is preferred to be unsaid instead of listening to what is unheard.
