Unashamedly work at the place you are uncomfortable with— or perhaps, you hate. It does not have to be a perfect place to start. Nor should you think you have to work there forever.

Take a good length of time. Not too short to make you unaccountable nor too long to burn you out.

Hold on to your aspiration. Build the bridge to that place you want to. Brick by brick, cement it with hard-earned with spare time while you secure life with income from your current workplace.

Slowly loosen your grip to your current place, step by step dance the way into your desired site.
